Deep amid the majestic Colorado Rockies, rising from a wind-swept plateau near the town of Norwood, a lonely snow-capped peak dominates
the horizon: Lone Cone Mountain. Inspired by the awesome presence of
this magnificent view and the quiet, natural lives favored
by the few residents at home in its shadow, Lone Cone Toffee was born.
Founded in 1996 by Nancy Boru, Lone Cone Toffee is made in small batches using the recipe a friend's Granny Wolff found in a library in Minnesota over 70 years ago. As befits its birthplace, Lone Cone Toffee is made with only the purest, most natural ingredients. No preservatives, additives, or artificial colorings were used in Granny Wolff's toffee and they’re not used in ours. Just pure creamy butter, a blend of deluxe quality semisweet and milk chocolates, finely ground California almonds and a pinch of mountain magic combine to create the delightfully tender Lone Cone Toffee.
In 2003, the family beckoned and we moved to Charlotte, NC. Lone Cone Toffee adapted well to the move and continues to be the best toffee you will ever taste.Lone Cone Toffee is sure to delight everyone on your gift list.
